How works Siegmund with Windsweep?

Definitely I'm going to refine Siegmund for my neutral Ephraim. I've look for different sets for him, and I'd answer for windsweep... How works? Ephraim can attack twice despite this skill?
His base speed is 24. With phantom speed seam is 34, and next, a A skill... Any ideas? I've thought on Fury, Darting Blow, Swift Sparrow or LnD. Any recomendation? Is a good set?

Finally someone asks about this, the time has come.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFzSvD8ky0M&t=1s

This link will send you to the video(it's Sacred spear's video), the video is about how Siegmund and Windsweep works

But basically you have to have to make Ephraims speed super high in order to double when using windsweep and his special refine for Seigmund cause Phantom spd WILL help you activate windsweep but it will not help you double cause since ephraim's slow even with special refine siegmund he won't double,
The video will explain how it works in more detail.

Report

As explained in the video, it works, but requires too much investment/team support to be practical. Gimmicky at best. If your intention is to keep Ephraim within Siegmund's HP threshold, it's much easier to just run a healer on the same team.

The rule of follow-up attacks is that every skill that says "guaranteed" or "automatic" gives +1 follow-up attacks, whereas any skill that says "cannot" causes -1 follow-up attacks. Speed check will give +1 to either or neither combatant but never -1. If your final number is more than 1, it gets rounded to 0.

Example:
- I outspeed my opponent by 5 points. I win the spd check. I get +1; he has 0; I double and he does not.
- I outspeed my opponent by 5 points, and he uses QR. The spd check gives me +1; QR gives him +1. We both double if he survives my double.
- I outspeed my opponent by 5 points; I have also a breaker against him, and he uses QR. The spd check gives me +1, and the breaker gives me +1. +2 doesn't do anything extra; I only double. QR gives my opponent +1; my breaker gives him -1. He cannot double even if he survives my double.
- I outspeed my opponent by 5 points and I use QR. My opponent has a breaker against me and initiates on me. The breaker gives him +1 follow-up attacks, so he will double. The spd check gives me +1; his breaker gives me -1, and QR gives me +1. I will also double if I survive his second attack.
- I outspeed my opponent by 5 points but he has wary fighter. I get +1 from the speed check, but his wary fighter gives both of us -1. I cannot double.
- I outspeed my opponent by 5 points and I use QR, but he has wary fighter. When he initiates on me, if I don't die immediately, the spd check gives me +1, QR gives me +1, and his wary fighter gives me -1. I will double despite his wary fighter.
- I outspeed my opponent by 5 points, but he has wary fighter, BUT I have a breaker against him. I get +1 from the speed check and +1 from the breaker. His wary fighter gives me -1. I double.
- Hector is at 100%HP using Armads, wary fighter, and QR seal against a fast opponent without axebreaker or any kind of guaranteed follow-up. His opponent gets +1 from the spd check and -1 from Hector's wary fighter. His opponent cannot double. Hector gets +1 from Armads, -1 from wary fighter, and +1 from QR seal. Hector doubles.
- neutral L. Hector is surrounded by teammates when -spd bold fighter W.Lissa initiates on him. Neither side has spd buffs or any investment into spd, so the spd check doesn't give a double to either side. W.Lissa gets +1 follow-ups from bold fighter; Thunder Armads gives her -1. She cannot double. If L.Hector uses QR or vengeful fighter, he gets +1 and will double.

In this case with Ephraim:
- windsweep gives him -1 follow-ups.
- Siegmund gives him +1 follow-ups.
- If the spd check gives Ephraim a follow-up, then he gets +1 and will follow-up. If he does not have a natural double, then at most he will windsweep his opponent.
- windsweep negates all enemy counterattacks from physical weapons, not just follow-ups.

Siegmund + windsweep is literaly turning ur siegmund into firesweep lance. Why would you do that?
