How to work around an - spd + hp veronica?

As the title mentioned, I very much appreciate any help on what is the best way to build my veronica. Thanks in advance.

Give her a Speed +3 A slot... or a Speed +3 Seal.

That's pretty much it, really.

Simple and effective. 36 spd is good for avoiding more than a few doubles, and from there on just heal and exploit the dazzling Peshkatz.
