How Will Seasonals be handled in Year 2?

I could see it going in one of 3 ways.

1: they rerun old banners in their entirety, possibly in conjunction with a new banner. That would give players a chance to shoot for the seasonal units they missed out on without having to worry about getting cockblocked by Shiro or L.Ephraim.

2: they could run a focus of fliers with tomes, or rerun some units from some banners. They’d probably rerun units like Spring Camilla, maybe Spring Chrom, Bride Cordelia, Bride Lyn, units that are useful and don’t just provide pitybreaker power or memes.

3: they keep those seasonal in a strict legendary rotation, meaning you have one chance or so each year to get them.

Any of those 3 seem possible.

My hope is for repeats, but we all know IS is just gonna put them in the legendary banners and come out with new ones. Which is fine. But I still would prefer repeats so i’m Not constantly in a state of “I gotta spend as many orbs as I can on this banner to get all of the new seasonals”. Finding new heroes are somewhat harder now that we have so many heroes, and even now, i’m still just finding so many of the old 5* units as my pity breakers, like Ryoma and Maria (the two pity breakers I ALWAYS pull).

I wish they would release more units as 4*-5* like they did for Soleil and L’Arachel...

Same thing happened to me man. I spent over 160 orbs, with Summer Corrin being my only true aim, and I got exactly one Shiro and one Ephraim. Super frustrating. I really hope they just re-run the seasonals from last year to be honest, since I missed out on a lot of them. I doubt that's the approach they'll take though, it's far more likely imo that they'll run some specialty banners like TG15 suggested (flying mages).

I hope they re-run last year's banners and also have new heroes for this year. Then they could run a voting gauntlet where it's spring 2017 vs. spring 2018.
