How should I spend my feathers?

I'm sitting on 60k feathers and I don't know what to do with them right now. I'm between building NY!Corrin or giving more merges to Donnel. However, since I've managed​ to get bumped down to tier 17, I'm leaning more towards Corrin since it's a good 2 weeks before arena starts being tight for me again.

It doesn't take much to build NY!Corrin, unless you're trying to give him something like Guard Bow/Brave Bow/Slaying Bow. Honestly, I'd say to use them on Donnel for more merges.

I'm planning on building a DC Donnel in the near future, and I'm sitting on 56k feathers. Need to upgrade Berkut for his Lance, then I should be good. Just dunno if I wanna give him Quick Riposte or Vantage for his B slot. Oh well, decisions for when he's built. :)
