How should I salvage my B! Ike?

So I finally just pulled a (+HP - ATK) B!Ike today but I have no idea how to build him. Will the -ATK be negligible? If so how should I build him? I really liked his vanilla build so I was thinking of keeping it and slap on reposition for an assist skill. I'd really appreciate the advice! Thanks!

His stock skills will be fine for him.
- atk isn't bad (I have it). BIke likes added bulk: hp, def, res.
Give him a +3 hp seal and he sits at 49 hp.
It lets him survive an enemy mage which can double him at up to 60 attack power (first attack hits for 40, second for 8). Better yet, if he takes two hits, his Aether is charged for the follow up attack on the next turn.
