How to save F.Grima with -SPD

Finally I found Grima, but she has +DEF -SPD. At the moment, I don't want spend more orbs. Do you think she is salvageable? I've thought about giving her QR as B skill and SPD seal. With this seal and the support of Myrrh she would reach 41 SPD. What's your opinion?

I don't think you need the speed seal even. She's an enemy phase unit, so you mostly just need to reach a certain speed threshold in order to not get doubled too often and I think that 38 is an alright value to be at. QR is a must on her imho, so I can agree on that.

I got a +res -atk one a few moments ago, which is kind of painful, but I'll guess I'll make her work somehow.

My understanding of Fem!Grima is she is enemy phase unit. Her speed is only for doubling when she was attacked, so your thought about giving her QR is already right. And beside support, i recommend giving her flying buff and hone buff from myrrh is helping too.
