How to salvage my Summer Tikis?

I hope I can summon this new L!Tiki so I can build a balanced Tiki emblem with both summer alts, the legendary, and her original adult version (never got the young one).
If I don't, I might do it anyways with Marmar instead of L!Tiki, but then RIP color balance. (Side question: +Spd, -hp are pretty good IVs for Marth, right? Seem to be the third best ones after +spd - res and +atk -res...)

Anyways, first and foremost, adult S.Tiki is kinda meh as a unit, and I know it. Moreover, mine is -ATK, +RES, which is quite possibly one of the worst IVs possible to her. Objectively speaking, she should be foddered for Close Defense, but I want to build a themed team and really don't like getting rid of my only copy of any unit (well, fury master is the only exception)
What can I do to salvage her? It seems like she needs a new weapon and special in addition to a B and C skill, which is a bummer. At the end of the day, I'm still a new (3 months) F2P that wants to get competitive and this is just a fun little side project, so I dont want to waste too many valuable ressources on her. Preferably I'd want make her more usable juste with spare 4star rarity fodder... Is it then a good idea to keep and refine her weapon? Which one should I choose? Defense refine?
Keeping her Close Def seems okay and the most budget-friendly option.
Maybe a Threaten Atk or Def for her C (or Hone Atk, I got loads(8) of Mathildas) and a cheap Drag back B? or maybie a Lance/Axebreaker (I don't have a ton of those though...)

Second, my YS Tiki is -SPD +DEF. The bane is unfortunate since her speed was her big strenght, but she is summonner supported and ally supported with Myrrh carrying hone dragons, so she's fine. I still haven't gotten around replacing her B and C skill... i thought about QR, Renewal or maybie Guard for B and her C skill is the one i have the most trouble with... I DO have an extra FGrima laying around, so I could give her Res Smoke, but i'm still reluctant to sa a Legendary hero.... merging FGrima seems like a fine idea too. To make it worse, I dont know which Grima IV's I prefer (+ATK - HP or +SPD -RES). Goad Fliers sound really good, but I seem unable to summon a single Palla... I could maybe slap a Threaten Res or a Hone Atk on her? I have a spare Odd Atk Wave but I don't think I want to use it on a seasonal unit with virtually 0 merge potential, not to mention that YS Tiki could benefit from both dragon and flier emblem buffs, in which case OAW would do nothing at all. Atk Smoke is an option too.

You have a fairly balanced team comp, as you pointed out. If I were you, the first question I would ask myself is roles. Who's going to focus on player phase; who's going to focus on enemy phase? Who deals with mages, and who stacks def? Do we have a plan for dealing with super-high-spd threats?

Since your flying Tiki has -spd I think blue Tiki might be your best player phase unit with bold fighter.

+res -atk is actually not that bad on axe Tiki. It does mean brave axe doesn't work as well, but if you refine a weapon for res you end up with pretty nice mixed bulk. Maybe double up on close def and use QR or something like that?

A.Tiki can go for some distant tanking setup with lightning breath+res, warding breath, QR, and distant def.

flying Tiki can use guard and bait bold fighters and double back naturally for aether.

That's just an example of how you can differentiate the roles.
