How to salvage +DEF -SPD Nina?

I just YOLO summoned on the Nohrian Dusk banner and pulled Nina out of nowhere

I'm pretty sure I pulled her worst IV set, and I don't think I want to start pulling too much more on this banner to try and get better IVs, since I really want to pull for Spring Catria on the Legendary Tiki Banner and I'm waiting to see what the Halloween banner looks like.

I like Nina as a character so I'm willing to do a decent amount of investing in her skills-wise in order to get her working, but I'm not exactly sure how to salvage her now less-than-ideal statline (that -SPD is what really kills me here)

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
