How to post long-term questions/topics

So I'm a nerd with too much time on his hands: I wrote up a really big guide on Summoning rates/ theories, and I'm looking at how to share this with the community.

I don't want to post it in "Questions" because it's not a question, and this moves too fast to get proper exposure. The "Message Board" is also not useful because it seems disorganized, hard-to-read, and not that active.

I've considered posting on another site, but I don't like Reddit or Gamefaqs. So, does anyone have any suggestions about how to give the guide some decent exposure, and open it up to comments and critiques from the rest of the community? It would be nice if there were a "User-Submitted Guides" section in the site.
