How many of you guys have gotten a top tier unit, and forgot about them?

I pulled both W! Lissa and W!Tharja with great IVs, and don't use them. Even considering foddering them.
What about you guys?

My +Atk -HP Bridelia, that I haven't built until 2 weeks ago. I didn't use her at all, she just sat in my barracks.
I regret not using her now, she's crazy OP. :(

I dunno, I don't look at tier lists, and I mostly don't care about what other people consider to be "high tier" and "low tier" so...

I may have foddered off a few units that could be considered high tier..?

Nowi is top tier, right? I 5*d her and I hardly ever use her... ever.

Yeah, Nowi's top tier. But I find the tier lists stupid.

I don't really pay attention to them, either. Truth is, everyone is viable, and there's sure a heckton of great characters. I just thought of "top tier" as that...

Ye everyone is viable....but some are more viable than others (win more matchups, even disadvantageous ones) ergo: why tier lists exist

Prime Example-Beruka
Can hit 60+Def with right setup.
Yeah, I'll go burn the teir list.

I manage to hit that with my +Def Charlotte...she can go even higher.

Better hit 80+. Do it.

So what ur saying is....unit with the WHOLE team centered around her and highly SPECIALIZED at ONE thing. Is so good she doesnt deserve her low status on a tier?

Like.... Tier lists are a way to determine a how good units are with SIMILAR support. Ye you can get even deltea to 40+ def when the whole team is providing her support

No. Just an example. Okay. She still hits high defense without it. You also don't give Delthea 40+ defense. Just what, lol. But I get tier lists help show what units are good, and what units are bad. But Beruka is a pretty bad example for this.

But I see your point. When a team is built around one unit, stuff happens.

I see your point to. Beruka is THE premire flying tank. She can even take 0s on some special procs. That is her NICHE and shes extremely good at it.

But the downsides (low atk, reliance on special dmg, abysmal mag bulk, and low spd) is why shes ranked where she is

Its not a black and white thing....is a gradient. Some units are more viable than others in similar roles. Some can find niches better suited to their stats. Only a few are truly bad...

Looks to Raigh. But like I said, Beruka is a prime example of a unit with a clear niche. Or something like Corrin versus Arya as an example of someone better suited (not the best, but it works)

Again one of those people that push the bullshit of everyone's viable, play whatever you want, they are all balanced when people talk about tiers. There's never been a game where everything is balanced, there are always better and worse characters

What exactly?

A few, actually:

Dorcas, Haxtor (the new one), both Grimas, Gunnthrá, Siegbert, Fá. And, for whatever's worth, our free Ike (didn't even fodder him). I also happened to get Tana & Hardin while sniping for Shigure, the other day.

I'm just being lazy and should get into training all these characters. It'd be a waste to have them lying around there. I also don't know about "great IVs", since around half the mentioned ones are questionable (-Atk/+Res Siegbert, -Def/+HP Hardin, +Res/-Atk Tana, -Atk/+Def M Grima........lol).

Its a few actually but the first unit that comes to mind is my +atk -hp sigurd he is a good tank, but my play style lean towards being overly offensive rather then baiting and taking hits so i tend to use red cavs such as b roy ,KE chrom or bladetome SM erika.

I hane the same at +1. I cant figure out how to use him... sure he can take a magic hit but cant kill them. He needs th QR seal to be decent but other units use it beter! Very overated hero imo

Generally, I have a ton of units that I try and use in some way or another, but I got a Dorcas that I seldom use, even though he is fully built and Lv 40. (Not very hard when his default kit is pretty much fully built, though.)

I have an Ayra that I never use because it reminds me of the time when Nintendo jebaited half of the player base. Leaves bad taste. Shes +atk too

Have a +def/-res B!Lucina and got a +spd/-res Sanaki i need to work on, both will pair well with my bow Hinokas (-atk/+def), the other one (-res/+speed). Will work both up as support and pair B!Lucina with these two fliers with Sanaki. Already seeing +20 atk with both bow effs and with 1 Hinoka with drive atk 3 seal with atk tactic 3 in (C) slot for Sanaki while she and both bows do a +9 (Sanaki's refined tome) and C skill +6 (from atk tactic from 1 Hinoka) for B!Lucina in atk.......... yeah buffs for dayz here soon on arena lol

Sanaki and Bow Hinoka are a match made in heaven! I had the same idea, i use +atk vantage berserk hector to abuse all the buffs on team “Attack Stackit!”

I have two extra Dorcas sitting around since I can't bring myself to decide what to do with them. The one I have used I don't really use that often, I probably haven't invested enough but he's been kind of underwhelming.

Speaking of Axes I have also Bunny Chrom and Naked Xander on the same bench with the two Dorcasi but they have terrible IVs.

Quick Riposte man. Or fierce stance. Or Infantry pulse. To many options.

That's the problem, too many options!

I have a +spd -hp Ayra that I slapped DC on. Must have happened when I was really tired, because I recently tried using her and I was surprised to see that skill there. I just foddered her off to my Brave Roy to give him both Swift Sparrow 2 and DC in one fell swoop.

Welp, i have an +atk ayra and a +spd mia, and they are still lv1 because I neither need them nor want to use them. My Lon'qu fullfill all their roles and have never failed me.

Also a +atk reindhart that im using now only cause he is a bonus unit in the tempest, but the last time I use him was in the first tempest...

I don't like to use such OP units, to me using them feels like playing in easy mode.
