How many people like Reinhardt for more that just the memes?

I like him 'cause Chris Smith did a good job with his voice lines. He's also good at his job so there's that.

Yeah, Chris Smith is pretty good at making characters sound formal yet with character instead of boring and stiff.

It's one of the few things I like about Seth in Feh.

A lot of people in the Heroes community haven't even played his game (me included) so the only thing they have to go off of is YouTube playthroughs and the Wiki, so while I personally don't pick a character because of memes, it's a bit easy to see in this particular situation why others would pick him for that reason.

but yeah, He is somewhat like Camus. he fight for his country, but his country is somewhat in the wrong side.

Thracia is my favorite Fire Emblem game and Reinhardt is one of my favorite characters. I love how tragic his character is and he is probably the strongest boss in the game.

I nearly played Thracia 776 to the end before I lost it way back (I think I needed like 2-3 chapters before ending the game) and I'm not really into his personality.
He's the proud guy who choose the wrong side, but knows kinda that he's the bad guy, but on the other hand doesn't really want to be bad and so on.
It's more annoying for me than I would say that I don't like him, but that's only my opinion.

I voted for the memes and because he's still a good unit.

Plus is my highest merge out of all of the choices.

I like Reinhardt cause he is not a fanservicey overpowered loli mage like Nino, he's trully a gentleman, he was the greatest accident of IS and is up until now a great choice vs the stupidly strong 180 bst loli armor dragons and Fem Grima.
So yes, Reinhardt is the murderer of your whale waifus and lolicons, which pleases me.
I have to mention I chose Brave Celica only to give him DB4 and he, with wings of mercy 3 and QP moonbow and an Attack Tactic buff is the only way of getting the most defenses in Arena every week.
I like being almost f2p and killing your +10 legendaries and stupid lolis.
Edit: Forgot to mention he's the ultimate unit with Blazing Thunder and Heavy Blade for clearing every Abyssal mode.

Hahaha thanks, our savior Reinhardt trully reigns this game.
I just finished his merges the previous week and have another one +atk -spd whom I think I should 5star and get 2 of them just for the ultimate terror.
I may consider give the second Rein or Julius a close counter from a spare Takumi I recently got. Such is my admiration for that gentleman.

I'm with you with the "whale killing" aspect of Reinhardt, though- not because I have anything against whales (they keep the game going after all) but against IS predatory business tactics. They created a f2p monster and none of their attempts to counter him have been effective.
I really hope he wins. It would be a small victory for the feh community as a whole.

Hello, I always used to find annoying the unjustified strength and especially by small girls in anime industry, games etc. Where is the realism? There has to be a small portion of realism there!
But you know it surpassed my limits, when in Voting Gauntlet battles, I got a friend's Brave Hector +10 (Bold Fighter Aether) who would die to a 47 Def Halloween Myrhh +0 (Vengeful Bonfire).

1 month and the Brave armors got powercrept to SEASONAL LOLI DRAGON ARMORS TRAINEES LEGENDARIES ETC. BST.
I personally used to buy the monthly pack of orbs and after my giant pity rate in the Halloween banner (wanted just 1 random armor) I'm persuaded into not supporting this kind of bullshits we're keep getting.
Thus, the Rein shall reign over their dead fanservicey whale body.

The special activations are like that, sometimes you simply can't avoid death, even in outrageous circumstances, however that isn't in any way exclusive of the loli manaketes. Let's put an example- at the current legendary Lyn's abyssal map, you can send a buffed brave Hector (+0 +def should be enough) at the middle of the map on turn 1 and he will kill everything, included Lyn with color advantage. Some units are just that busted. In any case, let's hope the Reinhardt make it. I know it's random, but I'll be happy if he wins nonetheless.

I don't care about him, the memes are fun but I joined because he was the only unit from the VG that I actually had in round 2.

I'm not familiar with him from his game (since I haven't played the older ones), and I don't see a lot of the memes because I guess I'm not around the right places on the internet enough. I like him pretty well because I like how he looks and a cavalry mage is always nice for the massive range. He's not one of my favorites, though.
