How to kill Santa Claus?

Hey there,
I have an issue with my Winter Robin. After decades of dissatisfying Tempest Trial runs and a weak Round one in the Voting Gauntlet he has finally done his job of being a bonus unit and I can get rid of his horrible IV spread. Now I don't know which of his nonetheless respectable skills to give away. I consider these options:

Tannenboom+ for Azura
pro: It grants her a manageable 30 Def if under attack and further improves her usage as a mage counter.
contra: this requires DC and I don't have this anyway.

Brazen Atk/Spd for
- Kagero
pro: Great with Desperation
contra: Already has Swift Sparrow and the new Taco is better
- Delthea or Tharja
pro: Desperation
contra: I barely use them anyway
- Fjorm
pro: Great for baiting with Ice Mirror and Shield Pulse
contra: I believe my Ridersbane build will run better. If I may ever get my hands on DC...

Armor March for Effie
pro: I always wanted to build her up. And I don't have another unit with Armor March so I'd totally lose it.
contra: My Effie is -Spd +Res so I will most probably make a bait build. However, this would require DC (and Vengeful Fighter) so uhhm... I will take Brave Lance in the meantime... Additionally my Effie might be great but except for BK my Armor Emblem sucks. My third best armored guy is an unmerged 4* Sheena.

That's it so far. Which choice is the best in your opinion?

my winter robin is also pretty bad iv, but he still works out fine since his standard stats are just so good anyways, whats ur ivs? maybe i would just keep him(mine is -res+hp and with that he has very similar stats as amelia or BK. ofc he could be better but he is still very good)

conclusion: are you sure he is THAT bad?

-Spd +HP are the IVs of mine. My Effie is just straightout better for any job he could do. Including fighting in Arena as I will never be able to merge him. (I tried to get more but I just burnt my orbs for nothing. Over 100 orbs for 3 and 4* units.)
I can't say I don't like him at all. I love his quotes and of course his dress. But seeing him makes me a angry as I had really bad luck in his focus after all and I saw him lose a good amount of duels due to -Spd, even in the Tempest as a boosted unit.
