How to improve my Ephraim?

Hey guys,
This is my Ephraim. He’s +Spd/-Hp and I’d really like to use him more.
I’m not entirely sure about his refine, maybe I should give him more Def or Atk? I could even go with Flame Siegmund but I don’t think he is tanky enough to do so, he’s frail without support.
I like my unit to sustain themselves so healing specials and all are fine if you ask me. The seal is just a filler so I can basically put anything there, maybe HB3?
What would you do if you were me?

+Spd is actually good for defensive purposes, since it prevents people from dealing x2 dmg to your eph.
If you want to make him a sustain tank, I think changing the fury would be an option. A good budget option would be earth boost, since even 49 HP makes every single breathing unit stutter. Combined with a panic ploy S, he could be a frontline tank that with renewal, can hold on his own. Team comps also matter though. If your team has units that doesn't really need support, then changing the wep to flame siegmund would work fine.

If you want to invest, tho, it's another story. Just go with the meta lol. Steady breath + Aether + Renewal + Panic Ploy + QR seal
or something in between literally puts him on a par with dastardly blue walls like nowi (without the moe factor), and he's viable too in the arena.

Situationally, tho, you could also put TA if you are on a budget and want something that could decimate sword powercreeps. That's just me tho, lol.

+spd-HP is almost perfect for Windsweep Ephraim. Boost his speed (LnD3, buffs), give him Heavy Blade SS and Windsweep, and watch him wreck face on player phase. You can stick with original Siegmund to retain his buffing capabilities, as he will never go below 90% because enemies won't counterattack.

Also pairs decently with Heavyblade/Galeforce, if you can give him -1 special cooldown from infantry pulse or just have a dancer.

That fury 3 with the refine is not that good, you can barely use it bc the HP threshold is so short.
I would give him def refine.
Mine has def refine, steady breath, eather, quick ripose 3, infantery pulse, hone speed seal and rally def/res.
He can buff all stats and has 50 HP bc of the refine which makes infantery pulse super useful.
Mine is +Atf -Spd tho, so he us like a blue brave ike.
But i would also give him Eather, heavy blade, renewal, his soecial waeapon refine and some defense or atk seal. This way his refine + heavy blade would make eather trigger faster to heal him up to keep using the refine and also renewal would help.
Quick ripose would be useful too
