How the hell do I build him....

So, got this nerd. How the hell do I build him if at all? I don't wanna just sack Leif, but man these IV's are so bad that it actually hurts. His atk isn't that bad, but it sure as hell isn't great. It's super hard to justify using him at this point.

Answers

Throw Fury and Moonbow on him and call it a day. His Light Brand should make it easy against high Def, low Res units and his Spd helps out speeding slower units.

Keep his base kit S Drink and Drive Atk and that's an efficient budget set.

That's really tanky. 38 spd is hard to double if you help it at all, and 30/26 defenses with 40HP. Are you up for brazen def/res or something like that?
