How has your luck on the CYL Banner been?

I'v almost always reached 4% pity before pulling someone. There was the time I got lucky and pulled my Lucina as the first fresh pull after getting Ike on the previous session.

I also alternated all red/colorless at first since I wnt Lyn/Roy most and I summoned a Neutral Lyn as a result (and a spare Takumi neutral) but I've onlt gotten +Atk Roy when I need a +Spd Roy for his best build to work.

I've pulled a +Spd/-Atk Lucina (her attack is still 50 with fury so its cool) and I've got a +atk/-res and +res/-def Ike.

Free summon hasn't been used yet.

Not good. My pity rate got up to 4.75% when I pulled a 5* Saber with bad IVs. It's bittersweet... I've been hoping to pull Saber since his release but it's disappointing to invest so many orbs and have only pulled one 5*. I usually have better luck than this. Plus...I really wanted Steady Breath fodder. Oh well.

Personally, I've had some good luck. Pulled a +def B Ike, B Roy, Olwen, +spd Linde, Hinoka, Tana, and a bunch of new units I've never gotten before. I also chose B Lyn as my free. I have one more shot at B Lucina before the banner ends too.

Took Lyn and got another (also neutral) just seconds after. Then 2 full (10 units... I'm not sniping units) summons went empty. Now I have nearly 100 orbs left and will probably use 40 maybe 60 of them to further test my luck with this banner before it runs out. (I like to safe 45-60 orbs coz I want to have 15 orbs left for every new banner).

I've only gotten 3 so far, a bad roy and 2 lucina's.

I was happy however with my second Lucina, since my first one was bad (-Def/+res), the second one made up for it with a +spd/-res so I was pretty hyped for it.

Kinda wish I got more Brave Lyns though, I wanna merge for extra SP and then maybe hand down Swift sparrow 2 to someone.

I chose Ike as free summon, but I have already summoned a +Atk -Def Lucina and a +Spd -Hp Ike. I think I've spent like 40-50 orbs so I was lucky.

I used the first Ike to give SBreath to Sheena.

I've been stupid lucky (at least for me).

Keep in mind I'm a F2P player who always summons from the current banner when I get 20 orbs (starting in this banner, however, I've decided to snipe focus colors). So everything I got was from orbs I managed to scavenge during this banner.

Being the stupid person I am, I went gung-ho and picked Brave Lyn as my free summon right off the bat. Should have waited but oh well. So I start the banner only summoning from everything except colorless.

Then out of NOWHERE, my very first summon session I got a 5 star Boey. I was quite shocked, I'll tell you. He has terrible IVs (+RES/-ATK) but he's actually still very useful, so I didn't complain.

Then I had a dry streak for a while. Not much happened and I got my pity rate all the way up to 4%. This is where things got REALLY crazy.

My 4% summoning session only had one red and one blue orb, the rest colorless. I was sad about this, but I pulled the blue and nothing. Then I pulled the red.

5* Marth! With acceptable IVs! (+ATK/-DEF). I was happy to get Marth, been wanting him for a while, but I was sad about my pity rate being broken. I almost thought about just exiting but I hesitated and decided to pull all the colorless ones as well to take advantage of 4%. Two colorless orbs and nothing. Then on the last orb...

TAKUMI!!!! MY #1 MOST WANTED CHARACTER SINCE DAY 1!!! I was ectatic about getting him and he also had passable IVs. (+ATK/-DEF [ironically]). But then my pity rate went down...

Which actually ended up not to matter. Next session I only had one colorless orb. Got nothing from the other orbs. I thought for a while and reasoned I might as well pull the colorless because if it isn't a 5 star, my pity rate will go up next time, and if it is a 5 star, I'm not breaking a pity rate. So I pull it.

+SPD/-RES Brave Lyn. After calculation, that's one of the best IVs you can get to balance offence and defense. I thought that was a lucky as I was going to get.

Nope.

Next session STILL at a 3% rate I have a bunch of colored orbs. Pull a red, nothing, then I pull the first green...

Brave Ike. That's the 3rd 5 star I've gotten on a 3% chance this banner. That never even happened once before. He has iffy IVs (+SPD/-RES) but like this website says, B!Ike is so good he can work with almost any boon and bane.

I'll probably be able to summon one more time before it ends so we'll see if my crazy luck continues.

This is pretty representative of my luck from this banner. I pulled a Roy and Two Lucina (+ATK/-SPD, +DEF/-RES. +RES/-DEF would be ideal for me...), on top of the free Roy I got. I actually spent a bit of money on this one, getting a lot of nothing. That's my third 5* Lukas from this banner, there.

I took a neutral Lyn, then pulled a +ATK -SPD B!Lucina and a +RES -ATK B!Ike (yuck). I pulled a neutral B!Lucina whom I will merge onto the first one (I really like her with a +ATK, the -SPD hasn't been an issue) and a neutral B!Ike, who will replace the other one. I also got a +ATK - RES 5* Boey while trying to snipe for B!Ike.

I've been pulling exclusively colourless since then to try and get another B!Lyn, but all I've had are a +SPD -RES Takumi and +SPD -ATK Rebecca. I can't complain though, I've been luckier than I deserve.

Sadly Roy is +Res -Spd. Gotta put Fury 3 on him and he will be quite balanced. Since I chose Brave Lucina, with her buffs he will have enough Speed to double and to make good use of Desperation.

As a F2P, started off terrible. Brave Roy -Atk, then spent all the way up to a 4.75% pity rate only to have a Lukas break it. Then a few more rounds of gaining some back, then somehow super lucky and got 2 Brave Lyns in the same round! Terrible IV's though, so I just merged into my free neutral one.
