How good is steady breath?

Just got a Urvan Ike from banner, -res/+hp. On the fence about using him. A lot of the builds here recommend steady breath, never used it myself so not sure how necessary it is. I got a Nowi+9 that I'd probably use it on. Is it worth inheriting or nah just use Ike?

Breaths are fantastic, and dragons are some of the few who can use DC+Breath and abuse the hell out of it. Your Nowi would be an enemy phase monster with it, esp. if she's running QR so u can charge Ignis/Aether in a single turn

Don't forget the monstrous armor units Black Knight, Zelgius, and the recently released Grima and Hardin. When combined with Bold Fighter and the Quick Riposte seal you got arguably extremely powerful dual phase units, with Grima being the most dangerous if he has a Defense boon or, Naga forbid, his super boon in Attack.
