How to get Fjorm?

A neutral Fjorm was the reward for clearing Chapter 1 of Book 2 and she's only available from Legendary Banners. Since we got one coming soon, you can hope to summon a better IV version of her there provided the other rare blue units that are bound to appear don't screw you over(looking at you Spring Xander, I can forgive Bride Caeda unlike you).

I wish that when we opened the game, they would display a tutorial video going step by step to show who & how we get Fjorm. Also, we couldn't skip this video and would then have to be hand held as we did the process ourselves.

How can the developers except us to figure this stuff ourselves? They're just rude.
