Sorry to sound stupid, but I don't see any left tab. Is that on the home screen? or Allies screen?

There are arrows on the forge seals screen. Go to Allies -> Sacred Seal Forge and at the top it will say "Enhancement" or "Creation." You just hit the arrows to flip between the two.
