How to fix my +Res -Atk Summer Innes?

I know these are probably the worst possible IVs that Innes can have, but I really want to use the guy on my Flier Emblem team. What can I do to fix his attack stat?

You can sacrifice his A-skill slot for Attack +3 or his seal for Attack +3. But if you don't want to do that, I suggest you try again for a better IV one.

I think I'm going to try for another one, though I probably won't get it. For now, I'll give him the Attack seal (and maybe Deathblow/Fury/LnD for good measure).

You cant really "fix" bad ivs. But hes a flier so goad stacking will make his atk bane less noticeable, its a way better bane than spd at least
