How to fix a +Hp -Spd S!Robin?

After 23 unsuccessful summons,I finally got her.But how do I salvagae her?

Maybe Spd+3 seal (I have 2 copies) and Spd Refine gives her equal Spd to a +Spd Robin,then use B! Lucina with her Druve Spd and Geirskogul to make it to 43 or partner her up with M Corrin (who only is on A rank so I don't really mind) so she can get some support.

She has a balanced statline so she kinda lives and dies by her boons/banes. Ive tried "fixing" bad spd banes b4 (nephenee) and trust me....ull just end up with a subpar unit.

Id recomend making use of her balanced defenses and making her an enemy phase baiter. With fury/close def, qr/renewal/guard and close def/qr. Slaying or harmonic lance (her harpoon is fine) and moonbow for harmonic/harpoon and luna/iceberg/bonfire for slaying. Refine is up to you depending on ur needs.

She can also become a ploy girl with fury and a res refine. Hiting a respectable 36 res. Qr is thr b skill of choice. Her job will be just to take care of blues and dragons then provide ploy support.
