I've got a not-so-pleasant sense that when she finally gets a prf that +spd will become inferior to +res or even +def.
In awakening she has pretty allround stats. Maybe def/res a bit higher but nothing stand out or super low.
The default dragonstone does give stats to all, with speed being the lowesr at +2.
I dunno if she should get a refine. Maybe.
But there are a LOT of units that I want to see before her.
Then again, I'm not the biggest fan of dragons that aren't Ninian or Myrrh, so..

I think i'm pretty comfortable with a LOT of units getting prfs before her - Sophia, Henry, Arthur, Jakob, Rebecca, Virion...
But I'm convinced she gets one sooner or later, and later is possibly better because she's fine today and will probably remain fine especially now that IS is releasing all kinds of skills that mess up units that depend on cheap tricks like dazzle or forced doubles, and because the later her prf becomes a thing, the later it starts getting powercreeped.

As For Your Question, Nowi In Awakening Is Actually Balanced:Atk Not High,But Not To Low;Nice Def And Res,And Ok Spd.Only Thing Are HP,Who(If I Remember Correctly) When She Join,She Will Have 17 HP,That's Why I Promoted Her To A Sage And A Bride,For Maximizing Her Possibility To Have Low HP(Even If Now She Have 80HP,The Max In Awakening)
