How does Niu work? Which buffs count?

So the description is add 50% of foe’s total bonuses to her atk/spd/def/res.
So if a foe has say of buff of +N. Is that N/2 to each of her stats. Or N/2 shared equally across her stata (so N/8 to each stat).
E.g enemy has a total of +16 so is that +8 to each her stats of +2 to all her stats?

Also with these sort of skills which assess the total buffs. Which buffs actually count? The buffs you see on the grid when moving heroes obviously must count. But do buffs which only occur during combat and buffs from passive skills like fury count?

Thanks in advance!

It's a bladetome of sorts. Just in sword form. It takes feild buffs (blue buffs, which come from hones or waves or rallies) and add the bonuses to the damage you deal

He asked for Laegjarn and you answered for Laevatein I think XD

In my understanding each buff gets increased by n/2 of enemies total bonus. That's why I completely hype this weapon and don't really understand why people directly exchange it. Looks cool and nowadays with link and wave skills a lot more buffs around than just for emblem teams. More so with arena value increased rally skills.

It totals 50% of the opponents field (visible) buffs and gives that amount to each of her stats as an in-combat buff.
Ex. If she’s fighting a unit with, say, +6 to all their stats, she’ll gain a whopping +12 to EACH of her stats in-combat.

Also, if let’s say, an opponent has +6 to attack, but gets chill atk’ed, Niu’s effect will still count the 6 attack buff.
