How does everyone do TTs?

I've heard a lot of discussion about setting it to auto battle, and this time around thanks to Fate: GO having a halloween event I have had to turn to that a few times to avoid wasting energy in one of them, but in the past, and most of the time still, I prefer to run the hardest lunatic without auto on. I imagine this should be more energy efficient, though Plenty of people score way above me, so I doubt its really a huge difference.

I usually go for the highest lunatic difficilty with the 7 fights. Take in Robin, Lucina, Hector and Axezura. Robin has the TA Raventome build with Renewal 3 and Breath of Life 3, so he can take care of 2 unit colors and heal the team. Lucina is a Fury Falchion Healer, who can take care of most greens and reds. Hector just baits mages or walls, and Axezura buffs. Works well enough to get me through most of the battles, then if we die on the final boss, Team Magical Ike comes in and wins it.

Unless I'm trying to level up or get a unit bonus, usually my approach.

So do you usually ignore unit bonus? This is the first trial I've done without a 40% on the team, and even still I built up a cavalry team around Eldigan to get 20%. He and a half-assed blade Olwen build pretty much carry with Titania built Renewal+Ardent sacrifice for topping off and Priscilla for big heals.

Usually yeah, I don't care enough or don't have the bonus units. Path of Radiance's banner worked because I had been leveling up Nephenee and Ike is on one of my two main teams, but most other times I just ignore it.

If I ever am close enough to the end where I know I can win, I might add a bonus unit to the reinforcements team. Have done that Arvis a time or two this banner, but I'm not concerned with my ranking so much as the rewards and getting to use my favorite units in a consecutive run.

I personally only want the rewards and don't care much about my ranking since I'll never have that much time on my hands, so I usually just do Lunatic 7 myself instead of auto battle because it's quick and easy with my team and I only need about 7-8K points per day to get 99,999 points by the end.

Not to mention that I can run 1-2 random units that need HM and farm them up, which the AI simply can't do very well at all.

I usually taper off near the end and get sick of it so I've never hit max, though if it only takes around that much a day I might start going for it. Just never did the math since it felt like something unattainable that you've gotta have crazy built units to go after.

I definitely like bringing newbies in to grind up though. Priscilla is the only unit on my current team with much previous use. Everyone else has been sitting around as a level 40 4-5* without seeing much action till now.

Yeah, I've never been a grinding man myself either, it always takes the enjoyment away for me, but it's not too hard when you get a solid team going, even with only a 20% bonus, so I always stuck with it. It takes me about an hour to an hour and a half to get that score everyday with the daily x3 bonus.

But yeah, I think I got like 2-2.5K feathers already through HM from this TT, I just wish I had good healers to train up too because TT is one of the few places where they're actually useful for me haha.

Do the 7 map to get the twice-daily 3x score bonus on my primary cav team, and after that I switch over to that consisting of as many different coloured bonus units that I have available to me and set it to auto on the hardest 5 map. Usually they taper out and fall on the final map, leaving me to quickly sweep and then reset. I find this to be the most effective measure 'cause I'm way too lazy to grind out the 7 map however many times to get 7k points per day.

Before the TT event starts, I take inventory of what bonus units I have and build a team around them. Occasionally I may have to fill in some spots with other units. Then I see what supports to make, and so forth.

If the team is well synergized, I can clear the highest difficulty with little issues, unless if I get bad luck and a vital team member gets taken out. As for auto battles, I don't use it; usually, my team doesn't synergize well with auto battles as my preferred strategies does not meld with an AI's.
