How do you feel about AR becoming pay-to-win?

As an F2P player, I have mixed feelings: on the one hand I'm salty because I refuse to pay money. On the other hand, I won't be as salty when I don't place as well as I'd like because I can blame it on not paying to win instead of on my mistakes.

I already stop caring a while ago when ugly Brave Veronica + dancer could take out one single unit and cost 20 lift... Like I try but I've stopped caring if I lose someone. It's sad when I'm more invested in arena and my core is Ares, Catria, Micaiah.

Looks like ArgentSable and I and some others will have to go debunking this for a day or two.

AR isn't any more p2w than before unless you want to rank in the top 100-200. Yes, it's disgusting that they just turned AR into another cash cow. But it was perfectly possible to get T20 before this update and in fact, for a f2p it just got significantly easier if you use a light blessing or two (because mythic boost does have fodder potential so Eir is a fine pull). As for ranks, the top 3000 players get 30 grails thanks to IS' oversight early on about the way aether consumption works. There's plenty of room for f2ps.

I do recommend against spending right now though. What IS has done is despicable and disgusting; it is not to be rewarded

Stopped spending on the game ever since CYL2, i have no intention on spending more if they don't fix the summoning pool and release interesting content, i already almost finished the content they released with Book III and i haven't used potions

I've become somewhat indifferent to AR so I'll enjoy and hate it for what it is. I must say I was a bit salty earlier but that's how it is whenever IS pulls a scummy move like that.

You need feathers for those grail units and Arena is where it's at thus I only play AR to have an edge in Arena in the future (extra copies when GHB is a bonus). Back to saving for Surtr and L!Hector.
