How do you build a BIke team ?

So,

I've finally pulled a brave Ike with decent IVs.

I've used a horse team for the last arena season with BLyn. Deathless runs gave me a 4700 score, with nice defense results. Still it wasn't even to go back to rank 19. I'm down to rank 17, its has been a while since I haven't been so low.

So I'm planning on using my Brave Ike for the next season, and try to use a higher BST team than horse.

I have several built 5stars, so don't hesitate to describe your different options :)

You'll need to give more details about which units you have.

But for a very general answer, Ryoma/Ike/Xander, Delthea/Reinhardt/Brave Lucina/Azura, Brave Ike, Filler/Bonus/Brave Lyn/Dancer/Martha.

Here's the two I run with him:

1. Brave Ike, TA!Ephraim, Tharja, Bonus/Dancer.

2. Brave Ike, Reinhardt (until I get Delthea), Ryoma (I have both Xander and Ike but I chose Ryoma for his speed), Bonus/Dancer.

Gets me around 692-698 score per map.

I've tried running a BIke, Ike, Azura, Fae, but I had trouble dealing with some horse teams. Rein is a no brainer with Fae, but I can't outmanoeuvre Rein + BLyn together.

I like your Bike / Delthea / Xander (no Ryoma here) / Azura. I might try it. I'll still be afraid of those Rein / BLyn though ...

Your Brave Ike should be able to tank Reins and Lyns, you'll just have to find a way to kill them on the next turn.

Greil and Delthea is a good start since that extra damage means Brave Ike can reliably kill both Rein and Lyn on player phase. Delthea also checks red mages nicely.

Xander can work since he makes use of Delthea's buffs, but he'll need to run TA to deal with green mages, which is what you need him for. My Ryoma is +Res and my Ike has Panic Ploy so Nino and Cecilia are no problem for me without TA.

Due to the nature of Pony Emblems, they're always going to be a problem since they have no real counters, but if you really need a way to deal with them, your Nowi, Hector, and Brave Lyn can all help to deal with them better and still provide a lot of Arena weighting with their high skill SP cost or BST. And if you're really having trouble, just invest in your Reinhardt or Cherche and put them with a dancer. With Greil, you'll still get around 4780-4810 (tier 18-19 range) if you fully invest in them.

My advice for you is to try and fully invest in the heroes you want to use for Arena because it makes a BIG difference since it's the skills that give you the most weighting. Reposition and Dancers also play a huge role in dealing with the Ponies since you might get overrun without them, so I recommend you try and give all the units you're going to use/invest in some kind of positioning assist skill if you can.

All in all, you have some really good units, but in the end you'll just have a team that suits you and how you play since every team will have weaknesses you need to work around.

Though this is not an answer for your BIke team.

You should be getting 4800 score minimum with deathless round even with a full cavalry team. Did you gave all your arena units full skills? If not, make sure to do so, as it effect the amount of point you can get.
