How do I report an error on this site?

I can't add Speed Tactic to my Titania build. Can anyone else replicate this?

In case you were wondering, here's the build, named Bladetome's Best Friend:
Draconic Poleax
Distant Counter
Chill Spd (or Chill Res)
Speed Tactic
Defense Tactic
Rally Up Atk+
Iceberg

So pretty much the idea is +6 visible buffs to all stats while using DC to handle some mages

Each page--including the Hero Build page--has a button where you can report missing or inaccurate info. Had to do that when Soren's prf was released, as it was not fully listed on the dropdown for him, so I understand the feeling.

There's a number of skills just missing in general. I haven't been able to add special spiral to anything.
