The fourth usually is the arena bonus unit, an armoured or infantry unit (To take advantage of guidance)
You should never have more than 1 5 star locked unit on your core team, especially if youre f2p.
You need way more merges.
You need better skills.
You need to ditch your dancers unless they can run a duel skill.
You need 240+ SP cost skills in every slot.
