how do i fix a -atk noire
i ended up pulling noire, which was exciting until i saw the -atk bane, effectively making her unique infantry rush skill useless on her. I dont want to throw her away or keep pulling for another with better IVs bc i want to save up for another chance at summer robin and tiki.
anyone have any ideas on how i can salvage her?

That's not really too bad.
Cocobow gives +2 attack and +2 speed, Brazen Atk/Spd 3 gives +7 to both when you hit the proper HP requirement, and you can give her an Attack +3 seal. With that (and with the proper HP) she'd be at, what, 53 attack and 47 speed?

Ja, the atk bane is troublesome because her atk stat is only middling to begin with.
One option is to make her a support unit focused on infantry rush. Give her darting blow, windsweep, and Clarisse's bow. The atk debuff will give your teammates a very good chance of exploiting infantry rush, and the spd debuff will help them score doubles.
Alternatively, if you can give her an infantry pulse, one-round ignis might not be bad. This can be combined with my suggestion above by using the QP seal.

I have the same exact IV's on my Noire, I was planning on giving her a Atk +3 seal (thankfully a -atk bane isn't a superbane) and build her typical fury/life&death and desperation. The previously mention Brazen At/Spd skill will work really well too since she needs to be lower health for desperation to proc
