How do I build a +Def -HP LA! Lilina

It depends on how much you want to invest on her, if you don't really want to invest too much on her you can just fill the black spaces with reposition/draw back and G Tomebreaker and also refine her weapon for speed or res.
If you want to go all out in investing on her you can give her:
Gronblade+
Reposition/Draw back
Glimmer
Life & Death 3/Swift sparrow
Desperation 3
Attack tactic 3/Hone cavalry/Fortify cavalry

Obviously with a standard bladetome she works much better in a horse emblem, since her res isn't that bad but isn't that good with a 26 you can decide to decrease it to give her more attack and speed with L&D or preserve it with Swift sparrow
