Attached is the build I have in mind right now, but I'm not really sure if it's worth the investment of sacking my extra Dorcas for the stance. In the pic, he has full cavalry buffs and a boost to his DEF from L!Ephraim. Is his refined tome special effect useful, or should I go with a simple stat boost?
I'm also concerned about his A and Special skill. Iceberg sounds good because of his high res, but I'm also considering Moonbow or Luna to help with his horribly low attack. Other A-skills I'm considering are simple +3 stats, Fury (which wouldn't really work well with QR, Triangle Adept, or anything else easily attainable. I don't have a lot of expensive fodder. I don't plan on using him in a main team or anything, just as an extra unit to have swap in and out of Horse teams, mainly. He and Xander are my only 5-star reds.
Anyway, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
if you're using Brynhildr+eff, I would probably go with glacies and just stack as much distant def as you can get. The idea is to build up 3 charges on the first combat (and he'll never get specialed unless they have it pre-charged), then take another hit and reply with a 34-ish damage glacies. A lot of ranged units can't deal with that.
Raven+TA is definitely an option, then the iceberg will fire in one round of combat.
