How can I easily or consistently level up healers?

I'm going to level up my 4* +ATK -DEF Lachesis for Tempest Trials just in case she is a bonus unit. Is there any way she can level up by healing level 40 tanks such as Zephiel and Black Knight?
Team:
Level 40 5* Zephiel
Level 40 5* Black Knight (Both of them have no weapons)
Level 1 4* Lachesis (The healer that I am leveling up)
Level 40 5* P!Azura (Singer/Dancer for extra healing or re-positioning)

I guess you dont have a huge stockpile of colorless crystals?
You could just use her whenever you are leveling up someone else.

I believe there is a cap on how much EXP you can gain from healing in each match. I heard someone suggest putting Pain on them (the one that does 10 damage afterwards) and heading into the Camilla warrior's map. As long as she can do 1 point of damage you can use your armors to block the enemy at the choke points while Lachesis slowly kills them. Oh, but unequip your weapons on your tanks. (Keep Axura's weapon on for the buffs and just in case you need someone to take some enemies out, there are a couple flying units that spawn that can give you trouble.)
