How can i build a +atk -spd minerva

i kept L&D on her and put renewal on the B slot, and I just make sure her team has reposition to keep her away from archers

I think I like brazen atk/spd + desperation or brazen atk/def+renewal (maybe with atk smoke or spd smoke), actually. She has the defense to take at least one hit (if arrows aren't involved). The first one just aims to strike hard and fast; the second one is a lot more patient and aims to just exchange hits over multiple rounds with 39 def. You could even take fortress def for a seal because with brazen active she already has 57 and +10 on her specials, not to mention flier buffs.

Alternatively, if you stack a bunch of flier buffs on her and use a spd+3 seal she should still reach 44-50 spd without a brazen.
