How to build a +spd -atk Ike?

Just pulled him today, I want to use him but I'm not sure what skills to use. I've played around in the Damage Calculator a bit, and I have a general idea of what I may want to do but I want some input.

Weapon: Ragnell
Assist: Reposition
A: Heavy Blade
B: QR2
C: Threaten Def/Atk/Hone?
S: Atk+1
Special: Luna

You definitely don't want heavy blade equipped with a
-ATK boon. I would suggest fury or anything other than that.

I second that he may have a weapon with mt 16 but so do many other units and at neutral atk against other neutral atk units hes still ranking like 10th in atk. so a -atk would be very bad.

Fury is has the most survivable option he can be OHKO'd by 4 units obviously more with optimal builds.

my second choice is life and death but he has 9 loses probably many more.

last choice would be death blow or atk+3

I don't think you need QR with 34 spd.
I'd do something like
A:Fury3/Life or death 3
B:Vantage 3
C:Open
Spc: Moonbow
S: open

I got a +res, -atk one myself. Can't complain though, I entered this banner with 9orbs. Going with Life or Death myself, since I've somehow never rolled a Ryouma. And even with Life and death you have as much def as neutral Ryouma and more than N Lucina.
