IV: +SPD - Res (alternatively +res-spd but the first seems more useful)
This site was providing the generic "Needs atk or Speed boon and give him blarraven or blarblade" advice.. OK Blarraven might even be an Option but what else? with SPD refinement and some atk and SPD boosting A-skill he has decent stats.

I quite like running him with a Water/Windsweep skill. the only thing is you also want a darting blow A slot and a phantom spd sacred seal. it works with any tome, blarblade and blarraven + are both expensive but a little better for damage. If you want you can have him do hybrid healing by keeping his tome with the +spd refine and adding the breath of life C slot.
I think Shigure and Inigo suffers from the same problem (or advantage some say). They are dancers that dabble in magic. They are hybrid and performs better dancing (and have some skills that help in that way) than magic. That's why they get this generic barblade or raven build, for them to have at least 2 good uses on a team.
I have a +res -atk inigo that i built with raven tome. TA3, Spd dance and Hone Atk. Allies get atk bonus, spd when dancing and he stands his ground when facing neutrals, archers and blue mages. I have other option with him using dancer's score, TA3, Spd dance and Breath of life, so when he attacks his allies are healed for 14 to 21 hp (with breath of life seal).
