How to build the new Soren?

Soren doesn't really have the physical bulk, but the resistance is there. Thing is that the Chill Attack effect is nice, but the Owltome effect is so heavily reliant on team placement that, to a lot of people, it's not worth it.

If you're REALLY trying to utilize the Owltome effect, then you could possibly go with Fury 3 to boost up his stats. IF you have the fodder, AND YOU WANT TO, you can give him Chill Speed. This'll have him cripple the enemy with Chill Attack and Chill Speed. C, of course, is flexible, but you could give him a Ploy skill, like Defense/Resistance Ploy to make him an extremely good debuffer (only recommend ploys if he is +res in my opinion).
