How to build Libra

Not only DC is not necessary, but I find it underwhelming. My Libra is +Res/-Def, and I kind of thought of it, but then you remember he absolutely needs QR and he's also really going to want Distant Def along with a ton of defensive support unless he's solely a magic counter (to which he still wants Guard or Dull-Ranged, but can't because QR+Distant Def).

-Spd at least takes all the other banes out of the table, meaning your Def is intact at least. This means he might be cool with something like double Close Def+QR (since Dragons don't tend to pack low-cooldown moves).
