How to build a +def -spd HJakob?

So I was going for H Nowi one last time with the hundred orbs I had. I wanted to do 2 full rounds to increase my chance and he broke my pity rate on the second round.

At least he only cost 40 orbs and has perfect IVs.

On that note how should I build him? Do I just use Ignis and BB? I already have a bad IV Leon that could give him a Slaying Bow+ tho so I'm not sure. Suggestions?

IMo that is a better unit you got than the one you intended to get. If you are running with other Armors and want to make him a debuff build, he is a monster in that.

You can give him close counter if you want him to be able to attack up close. If not, and you want to go the debuff mode, you can go with his default bow, fortress, wary fighter/vantage, speed smoke, attack smoke seal, and bonfire.

You can always go the brave bow or slayer bow option but since it is not +attack, Id go with slayer and go with close counter/close defense/distant defense A skill and distant defense seal. It will make you a anti range killer.

Oh ya definitely. Howi sucks as a unit. I just really liked her art. But I'm definitely not complaining about HJakob I needed more armor units for armor emblem anyways. I only have BK and Arden.

She isnt terrible, but to me a good jakob is much more useful than a good nowi. Halloween version of course.

You def want effie for armor for a blue and youll need range checks. This jakob can be that for you.
