How to build Chrom +Atk -Spd

Why does this guy have like 3 super banes? It's disgusting. But I managed to pull him and I want to at least make him useful in Arena Assault, honey can't replace Xander in Horse Emblem :P

His default kit is fine, just change sword valor for something like threaten atk or spd or any of the cavalry buffs (if you ever use him in horse emblem)
Given that you have an atk boon he can use the heavy blade seal pretty well. Close defense 3 is also another good seal.
