How to build +atk - spd ophelia

After many tortures of trying to get Flora pity broken by Gray ( I hate that Bitch), I manage to luckily got Ophelia but her iv's are savable but not the best. So how should I build her

She only needs her attack, build her to one shot with her tome and some mage allies to let an AoE special off on her first attack. I'd be happy with +Atk -Anything, I've managed to get two of her, both -Atk.

EDIT: Love your username, Orochi and Selkie are the only Hoshidans I still want in this game.

I feel ya. Got +hp -atk Ophelia. She works well when you abuse her tome's effect, but it's a bummer to see her attack being under 50 before buffs or skills.

Focus on her atk only; her spd is unusable anyway. Use Death Blow or Life and Death 3 to give her max one-shot potential.

+atk is good with any bane. Choose a special according to how many mages/infantry pulses she will receive, and add an appropriate A-skill.
