How are Your Max-Merge Projects Progressing Everyone?

I have plenty of max merge projects to work on.... too many in fact. Which is why a few questions ago I asked for some help in who to focus on to clear up some space.
Though I do have a
+5 Masked Lucina (I actually don't mind her constantly coming back so I can merge her more)
+2 Effie (+4 potential)
+1 A!Tiki (+7 potential)
+1 Camilla (+7 potential)
+0 Chrom (+7 potential)
+0 Cordelia (+6 potential)
+0 Felicia (+6 potential)
+0 Corrin(F) (+10 potential)
+0 Nino (+10 potential)
+0 Est* (+10 potential )
+0 Cherche* (+9 potential)
+0 Setsuna* (+10 potential)

As well as a few others but I don't want to list all of them right now

* those three are not 5☆s yet but I have alot of them already

Considering max merging a boey with close counter and a Marth, then doing ally support. Between just the two units and a tactics c skill, boey would have +6 to everything with an additional 6 to one stat. Of course that's just between two units, he could have even more ?

My Effie is currently +5, going to +6 soon, my A!Tiki is +4 with #5 waiting in the barracks

Other than that I am saving Orbs for the next Halloween Jakob Banner, he is +1 but has perfect +Atk -Spd IV's so I am trying to make him my +10 seasonal unit project

So far i have been working on a mixed team full of +10 starting with soleil,oscar and nino almost finished at 7,now I just need a tanky unit maybe nowi,effie or some green unit I have not decided.

+6 B lyn
+6 B lucina
+3 ayra
I have others that are 2-3 merged but im not actively trying I just so happen to get them in pitybreakers while summoning.

My pride and joy is my +10 sword Lyn
I have a +6 Effie, +5 Nino, and a +4 LA Lyn and +4 Lucina... although I don't think its possible for me to merge the last two. I have one more Effie waiting and 5 more Ninos waiting for promotion, but I'm always lacking the feathers cos I want to promote the subakis and the chroms and etc

I’m still working on Lukas. I have plenty of feathers, but I just need to summon more of him. I’m hoping he will appear on a future 4 star banner.

Most of my max merges have come at 4* for quick playability. But the ones that are GHB locked that I want to finish at 5* are Michalis and Ursula.

He's definitely my most invested in project and I'm really proud of my boy. I actually managed to get him on my free summon on the Falchion banner to get him up to +8 (despite dumping ~40 orbs on the 4* banner for him and getting nothing)

The game handed me 7 male Corrins between the Falchion Focus, LA Focus, and Legendary banner, one of which was a 5 star so planning to do him. Might just +10 him at 4 stars though to save feathers, idk yet.

Ive been playing for quite some time now and I still dont get where you guys get the feathers for max merge projects from.
I was thinking about making a mass merged cherche but getting her kit alone cost me 40k cuz I've never gotten a klein, but still. There's always some other character that needs the skills and I'd rather have a character finished than merging and sitting on a ton of unfinished other projects.

I have a +5 og Eliweed waiting on +6
A +2 Reintard with another two waiting in line in barracks (still don’t have a +atk anywhere tho :/)
A +2 Thotja with like, 6 4* copies lying around being slutty
A +1 F Corrin that is pretty good
Don’t know if counting 4* +10s, but I just finished a Donnel. 40 Base atk is nothing to sneeze at.

I want to finish Eliwood by the end of this year. Maybe I’ll do Corrin after that. I also want to Merge my Micaelises (Michaeli?).

I get distracted too easily. Thinking of doing a Caeda now that she has a proper weapon and doesn’t suck.

I need one more azama for the best tanky boi to be real.

Currently working on a Max merge Nino (she’s at +6 at the moment). Skill set is already built so I’m just working on going week to week for the feathers.

I have a ton of 4* units I’ve been hoarding for max merge projects, I just need a ton of feathers to do it - Lukas, Soliel and Jeorge are the next 3 on my list.
