How to add Budget Skills to character builds?

Hello, I just made an account and I was wondering, how do you add budget skills to a character build? I was going to add them, but i don't know how.

Unfortunately you cannot. I personally just write it out in the description.

I usually make the character builds for my own personal use so I don't really have to write out some detailed description and I just use the extra space to list more skills. You can take a look at my page if you want a decent fomat to go off.
