It sucks not having luck but not having the dollars is a mixed blessing. I would never forgive myself for spending money on a game where the RNG hates me as much as this one does.
The most painful thing is that this guy probably has even the other two version of Hector at +10. He probably spent more than my monthly salary to max out all three Hectors...FeelsBadMan
