Horrible IVs.

I finally did it. Got a 5* ＼(^-^)／ since like the past 3 months of nothing. Its Surtr however The IV’s are -Atk +HP. I still plan on using him, Is he still viable ?

He still has his monsterous BST, so 100%, and besides, he has Sinmara and Surtrs menace. Just build him how you normally would
