Hi, I was trying to snipe on the re-release Spring Banner for Bunny Lucina but no dice. Instead I got, finally, a pity breaker and of course that ended up being Shiro with -Atk +Spd.
Is that as bad as it looks, should I just go and fodder off skills from him (Steady Stance most likely) or try to salvage him somehow? Mind that I don't have much resources before you suggest slapping DCs or DDs and such on him!

If you have a unit that desperately wants Steady Stance/Def Dactic then fodder him. If you keep him I'd say run Steady Stance and Quick Riposte 2/3 with Bonfire. His defence is good with his naginata boosting that when under attack so he'll be able to take some punishment and hit back with a strong bonfire.
Thank you for the reply, I don't really have a specific unit in mind, except if I ever get a B!Ike I'll do the Steady Breath/Aether fodder thingy so I guess I could store him till that happens (if ever).
I do have some armoured units that might benefit from the Stance though, like Amelia and Gwendolyn and yup, figured he might do some work as enemy phase unit, Speed preventing some doubles and all that.
IMO that's the worst IV for him(For my playstyle but one can argue with that alone) since For me he's supposed to be a slow hard hitting unit and he has the IV that completely shuts down that line of thought.
If you want to use him then up his Spd further(I have seen fast shiros and it works in a way......But it's stupid) or improve his tanking capabilities, give him CD seal and Qr
But if you don't want to use then fodder him off( not that since he's a 5* exclusive think very hard on what skill you want to fodder and what Unit you want to have the skill. I won't recommend what skill you have to fodder cause it's completely up to you.)
