Hone and Fortify Dragons

It strikes me as odd that Fortify Dragons is only available via 1 units and Hone Dragons doesnt even exist. Come on IS, make Dragon Emblem Great Again

Dragon teams are great. Hone Dragons would be sort of broken...think about Nowi, or an F!Corrin. That would be horrifying.

Dragons have been getting stronger and stronger thanks to some stealth buffs... Hone Dragons would be nice but, by the time it comes, they might not even need it.

Hone Dragon's is definitely not needed. It's hard enough for a lot of units to reliably exterminate a Dragon Emblem team considering everyone and their grandmother is running 3-4 units with refined Lightning Breath+. Only way around is units with something like Watersweep, or someone that can either tank dragon hits, or obliterate them before they can counter.

Hone Dragons is really not needed.
