H.Niles and clearing things up

H.Niles. +Atk -Spd or Neutral? Which one is better? Wanted to try offensive build on him.

Also for my previous question 'pity broken af' I may have sounded like a whiny bitch so I wanted to clear things up. I didn't end up getting Owain (maybe I wasn't clear about that) and I grossly miscalculated the amount of orbs. It should've been around 400 or so (oops). Sorry if any of you got upset. Good luck pulling!

Niles is so speedy that a speed bane doesn't even matter. Plus, attack is a superboon. So +Atk - Spd.

I have similar IVs and with spd +1 seal he still has pretty good spd at 41 with swift sparrow but depending on your build then neutral would better for builds where you want him to double fast units like ayra

Brave Bow and Special Fighter takes care of Ayra.

400 orbs no Owain no wonder you were upset lol
