H!Kagero +Atk -Res

I'm a little bit bummed she got that bane because I liked her mixed bulk but whatever. What can I do with this woman to make her shine a little bit?

I recommend going player phase regardless of IV (even -atk) because she's a dagger and you get the debuffs off that way. You could refine the weapon for res to increase her mixed bulk, or you could refine for def to make the bonfire more powerful.

Bottled Juice res refined/Sky maiougi+ (res refine too since you want that mix bulk)
Swap/Pivot/Dual Rally
Bonfire/Ignis
close counter
vengeful fighter/bold fighter (depends on you)
Some ploy or drive or even attack wave
whatever you want for the ss... I'd go for either QR3 or Cose defense... but that's on you

DB3
BF3
Even Atk Wave
Atk +3 seal

For special go either dragon fang or glimmer. She'll have DF ready for a one-shot during her second round of combat. Glimmer will proc every time she attacks, but because hits defense, it isn't always going to be as much.

At the very least, give it a go before you commit to close counter, which is a lot harder to come by than DB3.
