Hinoka or Cordelia?

I've had bad luck with Cordelia's IVs, the best I pulled being neutral, but the first Hinoka I pulled today has +atk/-def. I don't know which to use. I'm planning to run Firesweep Lance, Life and Death, and Hit and Run, all or which my Cordelia has already inherited. If I want to give them to Hinoka, she needs to at least get Lufe and Death 2 from someone else so Cordelia can pass LaD 3 and Firesweep Lance both levels.

Any recommendations? Do I stick with Cordelia's 3 extra points of speed nod pass Hinoka's Hone Fliers to someone else, or is Hinoka's +3 atk worth the -3 speed from picking her over Cordelia?

In the same boat, +atk/-def Hinoka, or +res/-spd Tana as the 4th for my Flier Emblem team(outside the arena of course)

I don't think either option is necessarily the best to be honest. Wouldn't you want Hone Fliers to be on whatever flier is your tank rather than Cordelia who is trying to be a double hit Sweeper for you?

Unless you're running Flier Emblem as your main arena team, you could easily run both Hinoka and Cordelia for now (at least until you get a better Tana). Now Tana is a good unit to give Hone Fliers to at some point.

Flier Emblem is my main arena set. I have +atk/-res Elincia and Cherche, so hoping to fill the slot with a blue flier. Tana's been...okay, but her low speed has been dragging her down, even with Fury.

That's an excellent Hinoka, one of the best possible ivs for her imo. but, it works best with her brave lance build because of her +atk nature giving an extra 6 damage per round of combat, and her speed being lower than cordelia. This hinoka is best at running a death blow brave lance + hit and run/drag back 2-hit nuke set. it shouldn't aim to quad with brave lance. But, this is all outside of flier emblem's buffs, and since i've never played flier emblem idk how that will change the viability of her or the other units....good luck

The biggest questions here are is it better to try for Brave Hinoka, or Firesweep Cordelia, and if the latter, should I give Hinoka's Hone Fliers to my Cherche for my Flier Emblem team? My Elincia already has Goad Fliers, so ditching that for Hone doesn't seem wise since with the help of both, my Cordelia could be dashing in with 65atk and 50 spd after the Firesweep lance and Life and Death are counted.
