Hinoka Build

I initially posed this question on the Hinoka page but that page gets about 4 visits a month so:

I have a +spd/-atk Hinoka, who, since I love, I'm using regardless, and she isn't too bad. But recently I pulled a 5* Peri with -atk who I'm never going to use, and I was thinking about a Killer Lance+ build for Hinoka. With Fury and KL+, that would place my Hinoka at 38 spd (39 with seal) and 46 atk. This isn't awful by any means.

Maybe LaD 2? 40 spd and 47 atk?

Thoughts/tips ? I love Hinoka so I'm using her regardless, just wondering about building around her weakness

I 'd like to have Hinoka, you are lucky.
In your place : Killer Lance + will be a good investissement but in the other side i will chose Iote shield in A and Wing of mercy in B and her C.
Special : draconic aura over moonbow, or glimmer also.

I not sure its good to try to become her a good attacker with her - atk. In my opinion make her more flexible. With Wing of mercy and your C, you can join and save your fliers allies then with iote shield she is more viable.

I find like that this build suits her well.
