Hinoka

Eff refine is very good if you want more support utility for your flier team or mixed flier-infantry. This basically allows some plays that saves a reposition or two. Otherwise, +spd is good if you want to help her spd even more.

her effect refine is very effective for flier position control. give her flier formation and she can be ur core movement manager. her effect works well with her atk/spd drive. give her goad flier and she cana buff any fliers that are 2 space within her +8/8 atk/spd or u can use her hone flier which not many units currently have. NY azura and Hnowi are both limited units. my hinoka is def-hp+ so gave her LnD3 to make her more offensive with the control i have over the map meaning my flier team now has little to no reason to bait and can just hit and run out of sticky situations.(example: Hnowi charges in with full flier buffed blade tome and gets a kill. NY azura can fly over hinoka to dance Hnowi. and now nowi can burst again or reposition azura and herself out of the way and hinoka safe behind enemy atk range.
